Sometimes it's better to take it to a shop, and learn what is going on. Don't be afraid to ask questions. This is your marker, and it would be in your best interest to learn everything you can about it!

My point exactly. Sometimes I just need the little extra help. It was definitely better to take it to a shop this time. I can't get the bolt pin out for the life of me now. -__-

there's a screw in the back of your bolt that holds tension on the bolt pin. back it out a few turns and it should make it easier.
