Exclamation Heeelllppp!!

i got my 20oz co2 tank filled today and went out to shoot my gun for the first time ever. so the first time through about 100-150 paintballs, with my revvy, i chopped quite a few JT Predator paintballs. so i went inside and unscrewed my JUST FILLED co2 tank and a huge stream of white smoke spewed out! then i went and shot again and chop a few paintballs and my gun started to shoot REALLY, REALLY, fast every time i pulledthe trigger.
it sounded like a machine gun and it chopped paint. i also ran out of co2 ON THAT 20oz. also, my revvy wouldn't work.
i turned my revvy upside down and put a small amount of water in the top part, it would be the bottom when upside down. i did that after my first time to clean some paint. what is going on with my gun, co2, and revvy?

This will happen pretty much everytime you take off the tank. Make sure you shoot once you get it a third of the way out, though. You won't break as many o-rings.

It'll do this when the tank is empty. You must have gotten a bad fill.

Pouring water on the revi was kinda dumb. The water may have gotton to the board and fryed it but I could be wrong.

Yah, when you take off your tank, unscrew it a third of the way then shoot it till it stops. If you shoot it about 3 or 4 times and it isnt running out then unscrew the tank another half turn or so.

And are you sure oyu turned the revvy on? May sound dumb but some people forget.

To clean your hopper of paint breaks if your on the field, just take a paper towel and a squegee and move it around there until you get it all, otherwise just take it apart and wash it, water and electronis dont mix well...

if your co2 has an on/off make sure you turned it off...check your o-ring otherwise, msot likely its been chipped if it let so much of your air out when you uscrewed it.

clean your gun

Cheap paint+stock Kingman bolt= Chopping.
When you said it fired really really with I'm assuming one pull must have been because of the co2 being low, their could be something wrong with your valve also maybe the cupseal or the O-rings, or a broken striker O-ring and like said before, keep your co2 tank Orings in good shape or replace them. And if your revy isnt working you might have fried the board with the water.

The rapid firing is probably caused by not having enough pressure in your tank to recock the gun. Unless your tank O-ring is bad the blast of CO2 is the remaining amount of CO2 that is in your gun going from the tank ASA to the Valve assembly. There's no checkvalve to prevent it from leaving the gun once the CO2 tank is removed. Rapid firing while removing it slowly will prevent the CO2 spray and usually save your tank O-ring from damage.

I have a victor and that is always happening to me. I use so much co2 and it pisses me off. Check your o-rings and make sure the guns clean.

Good luck man!
