New hopper, or maybe a new barrel. I guess your parents could spring for a reg? HPAs are probably too expensive for a birthday... maybe for Christmas. You could ask your friends for things like tank O-rings or a spring kit. Cheap, and useful. If you aren't too clever with tools (really clumsy) you could ask for a new trigger.

Those are my ideas.
