you would have to take the grip off, and then take a wrench and unscrew the hose from the gun, then you would screw the adapter in, so taht u coujld put a reg or x chamber

Personally, I'd just get the Check It Products 15-degree assault block. It would solve your problem of not having to get an adapter and would provide 15 degrees of ergonomics to help your wrists.

You can just screw off the stock foregrip? Does it have normal male threads? If so you dont need an adapter you can screw a male or spyder sized foregrip, xchamber, regulator into it without any mods.
