Yes, you would most likely need to find some screws to attach the drop to your gripframe.
8-32 x 3/4" pan head is the stock style and size, iirc. You can shorten and change the head style to better fit the drop (button head for flush or socket cap for recessed holes).
You may also need the two square nuts into which these screws thread. Look under your grip panels, near the bottom. There should be one nut per side in a recessed pocket.
The CP flame drop for the Spyder is the one under consideration? The drop should include a set screw for a rail style ASA, but probably not for a duckbill.
