I have an E99 avant and when I put my tank on (co2) and shoot in full atto my gun seems to skip a a couple shots and make that clicking noise. has this happened to anyone else?

Low battery could be the problem. Other than that, the real smart ones will be able to tell u most likely

I've got an avant and its never happened... ur probably low on batteries or maybe ur hopper doesn't feed fast enough

I think its the battery cause when im low on battery it goes click click click then i stop and it goes again.

the problem is most likely the battery, put youi gun on the charger overnite, and it should be fixed, or you sear might not be catching the striker, which could cause problems, check for wear and tear onthe sear or in the groove of the striker, if thsi is the problem you might have to file it a little to make the edge a little sharper
