you may not have an o-ring in, check it around the co2 nipple, and another reason is if you have a remote wire, it might leak from the hose it happens frequently,

did you cock the marker prior to attaching your co2? Very often if you will hear a leak coming from that area (actually it is the cup seal not seating correctly and co2 is escaping into the breech) if you don't cock it first.

The other thing to prevent leaks is to put 3-4 drops of gun oil into the ASA and then dry fire the marker. This will lube up all the seals and rings and may seat any slight leaks around the o-rings.

One way to detect leaks is to make a solution of dish soap and water and put it on all the fittings. Look for bubbles forming and that will tell you if you have bad teflon tape around the gauge. If its around the regulator threads, you can put teflon tape on the threads and that might help.

If the leak is in the regulator itself, there may be a seal problem in there. I know the Pure energy reg is notorious for these kinds of leaks, and if the oil in the ASA doesn't seal them, then you need to replace the internal o-rings and re-seat the piston.

Hope that helps.

yes i did cock the marker. What is an ASA? Thx i will try the dish soap solution. I truely think ur right about the teflon, i can see some peices covered up where there are holes on the other side, but, this is a thing i can't really cover up, should i use some kind of tape or what?

The ASA is the part where you screw in your tank. Teflon tape is also called plumbers tape. You wrap it around the threads of your gauge prior to screwing it into the regulator and thusly seals it. Its not like an adhesive tape that you would use to cover something. Try the dishsoap thing and get back to me where the leak is and we can go from there.

Ok if you can only hear the sound faintly there is nothing wrong, it happens on my spyder, and my friends, and they dont lose any c02 at all. If it is loud try replacing the o-rings in teh front block that is the problem with mine.

Make sure that your LPC isn't screwed in all the way. If it is, you're causing the gas to be to leak out your V/A because the O-Ring that usually hold gas in the V/A is now blocking the entrance to the cup seal and valve area. Therefore, all your gas would be leaking out of where your LPC is, and where you attatch your V/A to the body.
