Spyder Victor II

I work at a sporting goods store that sells a little paintball and now people are wanting me to fix guns. A guy brought in a a gun and when you put CO2 to it, it doesn't want to recock after you pull the trigger once. It shoots once then the bolt starts back but doesn't have enough pressure to get back to force the recock. Any advice on how to fix it.

1)Make sure there is enough co2 in the tank
2)Make sure there is nothing obstructing the bolt from moving, take out the bolt and striker and check
3)Also check the sear, make sure it isn't worn down
4)Check the o-rings on the bolt and striker, make sure none are broke and lubricate each one
