NO!!!! the imagine stock barrels are pretty bad, if you are looking for a cheap new one, good ones might be the evil driver, j&j ceramic, cp 1 peice, or teardrop barrel...

I just got my 04 imagine today, and it shoots MUCH better with my 14 inch progressive. PMI premiums fit perfectly.

14, 16 inch CP1 Price, you'll find no better barrel at a better price!

The 04 imagine barrel looks better than the imagine stock barrel...get a teardrop or jj ceramic for the imagine.

I bought the Progressive barrel and noticed a tremendous increase in accuracy versus the stock barrel.

I use an imagine and, just as people are saying, the stock barrel is definitely crap. All the paint curved like crazy. I got a 14" J&J Ceramic and now it shoots straight as an arrow and one of my friends who paintballs was amazed at how quiet it was compared to the stock barrel.

not trying to defend the stock barrel or anything...but usually what causes paint to curve drastically is a poor paint to barrel match and/or velocity too high.
however, you are better off with a j+j or progressive anyway.

in some cases it could be the paint your using like if your using rec balls but the velocity wont make any differents on the accuracy.

Well, this is 5 months old, and billabong, you're like 2/2 man...
Volicty can make a difference, because if you are slamming the paintball w/ too much force, it will cause breaks which lead to paint in barrel.(Bad accercity(sp?)) And, if you reallythink about it, too much air will lead to less eficenty, and blah blah blah.
