valve- which way does it go.

im working on my friends spyder Xtra (my old one), and when i took out the valve it shot out and im not sure which way it goes in. does the bigger hole or hte smaller hole go on the cupseal. and does it matter where the screw that holds it in place goes? because theres 2 same sized holes on the side.

usually i would know this, but havnt worked on a stacked tube in a while.
thanks

ok, i found out the big hole is where the cupseal goes, because of markings left on the valve from that bar that holds it in.
