Now why do you say that? The ST delrins are self lubercating, and dont scratch up the inside of the marker. That requirs less care. My friend got a supa fly, and loves it. Then if you wanna be darring, you can mill it(spyder) to fit a FF Nylatron Timmy bolt, even better than Delrin.

It isnt a priority in upgrading, but a new bolt DOES help out a bit. LIttle bit higher flow, and if you get derlin or nylatron, you get self lubricating so you dont have to worry about it. It isnt useless, just not something you have to worry about right away.

its not that i think its a waste i just see people telling new people that its the 2nd thing that they should up grade and i think thats stupid, there are things that would up your performance alot more and my thinking is that you should get that before getting a bolt, maybe i frazed the poll wrong...

You'll also get lightness from a new Delrin/Nylatron bolt. Lightness is key in any electronic gun. Means less mass going back and forth. That turns into less kick.

you've already said you think the bolt is useless in a bunch of forums. Pushing your opinion isnt going to get it accepted.

yeah, but not as a second upgrade (i did, i'm going to test it today, i got the tigershark) but it reduces kick in blowbacks a lot, so it really helps

lol this could go on forever. its sorta like whats better chevy or ford. if your gun works y fix it. the only reason i got the tigershark bolt is b/c I was tired of lubbing orings. I am also one of those types of guys that can't leave well enough alone. I am never happy with what I got. upgrade upgrade untill it can't be upgraded any more. then buy something else and up grade that

i say the bolt should be replaced before firing the gun. You fire it with the stock bolt, and you get scratches, then you swap a delrin/nylatron, and it begins to scratch up that and you get tiny shavings of nylatron/delrin and oil in your gun which likes to get messy then you've got grey/black gritty stuff all inside your gun. Which intern leads to the possibility of more jams and can get down tot he sear and start to get occasional sear sticks. So yes a new bolt is very much worth it.

i reccomend this type of upgrade after u hve the basics down. barrel, loader, drop, air, stuff like that. if u dont really want to spend money for higher flowin bolt just remove the venturi from the stock bolt and presto high flowing stock bolt, heres a link on how to do that:
