How to clean my imagine select?

Ive just gotten my new imagine select and already, using crappy paint I broke one. I tried to take it apart but the striker wont come out because I think its held in by the cocking knob. How do I get it out so I can clean it? thanks a lot in advance

First, you should look in your owners manuel. Take out your quik strip pin(the pin under the bolt), then take you cocking knob out. Use your cocking knob to puch yout stiker and bolt out the back of your gun. When you take out your quik strip pin make sure to hold in the back plate, or else everythign will fly out. Then just run a squeege thru your body. Hope that helps.

Yes, teh cocking knob is the thing you pull to cock the gun. All you have to do is unscrew it. To unscrew it simply turn it counterclockwise. It should come out fairly easily, then just use it to push your striker out. Hope that helps!

I dont know. But you could try not to double post. If you make a mistake or want ot add something hit the edit button on the bottom of the screen. It is right next to the quote button. I say this because many poeple will flame you and moderators will get mad at you if you double post!
I am not sure, try pming KingfikiElectra. ON my old Spyder all i had to do was unscrew it. To PM just go to User Cp, then private messages, then new. Or you could wait until Kingfiki signs on and answers. Sorry i couldnt help.

Try Kingman's website for videos who show a strip down, cleaning, and reassembly:

The only thing you should need to remove is the pin going through the side, rear of the gun. Everything should fall out easily then. Make sure to hold on to everything though while taking the pin out because the stuff is under spring tension, especially if the marker is cocked! Make sure to put everything back in in the correct order and don't leave the black rubber washer out. When you put it back together the striker will catch on the seer preventing it from moving forward all the way. Just put forward pressure on it and pull the trigger a couple of times to get it back in.

The imagine select is side cocking, that is his problem javaman. Therefore you need to get the cocking knob out. usually they just unscrew, but his may be cross-threaded. You should probably send it back to kingman josh. They will fix it for you.

Thanks for your help guys.. I pm'd kingfiki and he told me to just pull it out and that worked just fine sorry for being such a noob, but I suppose that on the old imagines they may have just unscrewed whereas on the select you need to pull it out. Anyways, thanks again for the help.
