where to buy fire thingy

when i pull the triger the gun says its shooting but nothing happens. i took off the grip and it looks like the round silver looking thing is not moving forward to hit the triger to make it fire. I think its the solenoid? I looked for it online to buy a new one. I called a paintball place and they said. " oh I think we got some but don't know how much they are" duh

help

it could be a low battery. if you need a new one and you have bought your gun less than a year ago it should be under warranty through kingman. call them and they will ship you a replacement one.

low battery is your answer. if not, call kingman and they'll give you one if it's still under warranty.

Standard solenoids are pretty simple things so although it is possible that it's gone bad, more likely it is a loose connection or like these guys mentioned, a low battery.
Check you connections and try a new battery. Also make sure the metal disk isn't catching on an aftermarket grip. The Spyder E-Stickys occasionally interfere with the disk's movement if you hold the upper grip tight.

they are simple but if the coil goes bad? I checked the battery it says its full. I tried a 9v and charged the 9.6v neither made it work. I took off the grip and it still wouldn't work. I checked all the wires and didn't see a problem with any of them. you can hear and see it trying to work but it just doesn't have enough power to make the switch move foward.
