Ok the marker i have to demonstrate this is a Spyder E-99. I'll later do a Tippmann (when my friend lets me borrow it), and an Eradicator.
If you have any guides you would like to add, feel free to do so.
Ok, first you need to have a clean area to put all your pieces. A white towel on the table always work's good if at a field. On most markers, you have a quick release pin. First take that out and the pin, but make sure you're holding the back so the spring doesn't launch it out.
Then remove the bolt assembly as shown. Make sure you don't lose any pieces. Put the pieces on the clean white cloth, paper towel, etc.
Then clean off the grime on the assembly, and oil the O-rings. You might want to clean out the inside on the body if a paintball broke inside or jammed. After you've done that, put the bolt and striker together like they were when you took them out excluding everything behind the striker (spring, spring guide, velocity adjuster thingie). The bolt will stop if you have an E-99 or another marker similar, so turn on the marker and pull the trigger as you push in the striker.
Then place the spring guide (rubber O shaped thing on spring) in the front of the bottom body tube. If you don't your velocity will be lower.

Then place the spring and velocity adjuster in together, like they were when you took them out.
Place the quick release pin back in while holding the velocity adjuster in place, then put the saftey pin like thing in. You now have a clean marker
