New trigger install?

Im thinking about getting a new trigger for my imagine select some time in the near future (after supafly bolt) and I am wondering how difficult it is to put it in? The thing got great reviews cept I hear that it comes with no instructions. If there are any tutorials or anything that you know of that I can look at.. please link me up. this is the trigger that I am looking at getting (xpaintball) as it is pretty cheap and got excellent reviews.. what do you think?

nice trigger, You just push the trigger pin out and put the new trigger in, then pin it, and adjust the screws.

ok thanks a lot man.. I've been reading a LOT of awesome things about this trigger and it seems to be definitely worth it to me.. less than 20 bucks at xpaintball.com

Edit: Also, one review says that a 50g switch should really be installed to get full potential of this trigger.. I am a bit scared to do that mod right now and I thought this would be a good way to bypass it. What do you think?

That new switch would lighten the trigger pull 5 times. It would help your speed out but isnt necisarry. You could always get someone to solder it for you though. Or you could take the old one apart and insert a knife blade in between the spring coils.

umm we are not allowed to give any links besides xpaintball and they do not sell them. to replace the switch you push out the pins and disconect the wires from the board. then you put the new one in and put the wires in. some already come with the wires so no soldering is nessecary. you can also switch the parts from one to the other.

another way you can lighten your trigger pull is to tap out the pin that holds in your trigger and take out the spring under the trigger or stretch and cut it. The only problem with taking it out is it leaves a lot of side slop but you will get used to it, its not really a problem with me but some people dont like it.

did you do the 50g mod yourself? what kind of solder/soldering iron did you use? if I pick one up from radio shack for like 10 bucks will that be good?
