I have $78 that I have to waste, and I'm going to a proshop on Sunday. My current set up is:
-Spyder Xtra (all internals=stock)
-Ricochet G2K loader
-J&J Ceramic 14"
-12oz Java CO2 tank (stock)
-12oz CO2 Butt plate
-Java Mask (stock, [got it in kit] is falling apart)

What upgrade(s) should I buy for my gun? I read over the "Ultimate Spyder" thread, but that involves getting a new gun, and I'm keeping my current one for a while.

Get a new mask. JT makes good ones - I have the proteus II and I love it. Either that or get a steel HPA tank. You will really like that over the CO2.

yea i would definately go with a new mask first

a lot of people find the proteus comfy and so do i, but you should also consider the proflex and a dye invision. IMO those are the 3 most comfy masks

Since you don't want a mask, get a E-Frame.

You should buy a usep ESP IPI Frame and a Good Used(or new) mask on this forums B/S/T, youll find way better deals. Otherwise.. look to get a new mask at the shop.

If you plan on switching to HPA or compressed air later on then get a gauge installed on your gun for the looks and performance. It will tell you if your tank is too hot or cold and even if your getting low on air so take wise shots. But most tanks already have tanks on them.

Well guys, sorry but I've betrayed Kingman. I walked into the store, and saw a really cheap fishy. It was about 1/2 reg price. My direction was then diverted to the Tippmann A-5 w/ response trig. for $299.99 I couldn't resist. "Can I see that A-5?" I asked. They handed it to me, and gave me a 20oz CO2 so i could dry fire it. I immediatly fell in love with the RT. Thus, I sold my Xtra to my dad, along with the old Ricochet G2K hopper, the 12 oz CO2, and everything else. I kept only the mask. I also got a 20oz CO2 for $10. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
