what kind of oil?

what kind of oil should you use in a spyder xtra? and will it matter if it is like wd-40? or can you use the oil for shotguns?

dont use wd-40, it eats teh o-rings, just go to your proshop and pick up some paintball gun oil, theres a lot of different types but stay away from real gun oil or other lubricants

get like gold cup or somethin its not that big of a deal as long as its paintball lube and not for machenary like wd40

WD-40 is not intended as a lubricant. It's name is self expanatory: Water Displacement formula 40. Spray it on bare metals after they've been exposed to moisture in order to prevent rust.

3-in-1, Gold Cup, or air tool oil (cheap) should work fine.

My local pro shop told me to use automatice transmission fluid. i have and havent had a problem yet. also, its cheaper than the oil you are going to buy for a paintball marker.

wow its like 1.50 for a bottle of paintball oiland it lasts forever, its not going to make that much of a difference

oh defintley dont use wd40 or any other non paintball oil get gold cup oil that what i use and its very good
