Main Spyder Information

Well it's been some time since i've written something to help the new players out so i'll start one today, and if it's not good enough then well all I can say is that I tryed my best to help out and lessen the amount of threads in here.

Battery - There are 2 types of battery chargers for the 9.6 volt charger. The first type is a Java Rapid Car Charger, it will approximatley take 1 and a half hours to fully charge it. The other type is the Java Standard Indoor 110V A/C Charger, for this one it will take approximatley 12-14 hours to fully charge it. If you use any other unspecified battery or charger it can cause damage to the circuit board. A fully charger battery will provide about 8000-12000 shots in normal useage. It won't be nessacry to fully drain the battery before charging, so you can charge the battery whenever you want or need to. The more energy left in the battery, the sooner it will fully charge. Before charging make sure the marker is off.

Best Use - It is recommended that your charge the battery prior to use if you leave the battery unused for over a week. You will expect 700-1000 recharge cycles untill you will need a new battery This can varey on the type of use. ALWAYS remove your air tank before any diassembly of your marker. Only remove your valve body with a long soft-tipped object, if you use something hard it it damage your valve body and cause air leaks. Air leaks are useally cause by valve bodsy damages or cup seals.

General Maintence - Only clean the outside of your Spyder trigger frame, NEVER submerge the Spyder trigger frame in any type of liquid for any reason. The circuit board or the electronics may become damaged or destroyed. Make sure you ALWAYS use the proper tool to remove screws and other componets from your Spyder trigger frame. Also there is a self-monitoring device that will shut down your marker after a slight resting period to help save your battery engery.

Mode Setting - Your Spyder trigger frame is equipped with a "LOCK" function(#JE30B), its a short circuit plug located inside your trigger frame. When this plug is pulled off your gun will now only be semi-auto and it cannot be adjusted untill your put the plug back on.

Yes, the Java battery Kingman provided you is speciatly designed for the ciruit board in your Spyder trigger frame. Also the charger is not designed for a regualr 9 volt. If you use anything else there is a risk of fire and damaging your circuit board. I do not know of how many shots you will get off a regualr 9 volt battery because I do not want to risk destroying my trigger frame.

~~~Glad To Help~~~
Actually no, it mostly depends on how you use your energy but the average is 8000-12000. I have checked this with Kingman and yes it is true. If you want more proof on it then if you own an electric Spyder you can check your manual because its in there or you can visit their site and find a manual on there.
