spring kit?

what spring combonation would you recommend using out of the kit, its got a light, heavy and medium. Tell me which one for the valve spring and the main spring please and thanks. Oh yeah my setup for my gun is below if you need to know any of it.

depends on your performance. If you need to lower the velocity, weaker main spring and/or tighter valve spring. If you need to raise it, stronger main spring and/or weaker valve spring.

yeah all springs do is lower and higher velocity and make your trigger tighter, looser,
