I think the Imagine belongs in the "Middle" class. To me they just seem like middle guns, not really advanced, although no Spyders are really advanced guns, they are all for beginner players.

Yes, i'm just classfiying the Spyder guns, the Imagine is an automatic gun, not for beginners. Also the Xtra does have an e-frame nor anything special.....

what makes the shutter more advanced than the xtra? no one spyder is easier to use than the next.

The price and features, click on the linky on each gun. Also Spyders are cheaper so people will have more $$$ to upgrade them insted of worying on buying the marker alone. Their stock class might be a little low but once you get upgrades its like any other gun.

They arent really classifiable tho, and why does electric set them apart from everything else? If anything that makes it easier to use...

Well an electric gun is definatly not for a beginner. Right there I can see a lot of jams and chops. A beginner should stick with a semi gun which doesn't have much features then slowy upgrade it when his performance gets better.

if they get an electric hopper there wont be any more chops than a semi. it just makes it easier to have the lighter trigger pull.

My first gun was a Spyder Compact Deluxe. After using that crap a few times in 2 years, I decided to go gun shopping. I said to myself, NO MORE SPYDERS, cuz of the bad experience I had with my compact. I borrowed one of my friends guns, a Tippmann Model 98 w/ some ups, I played woodsball with it, great for woodsball, sucks for speedball. Then I borrowed my friends Spyder Imagine, loved it immediatly, great for speedball, and okay for woodsball (You cant hide a bright green gun that well, compared to a black tippmann). So then I ended right back in the Spyder family.
I whooped all my friends with my Imagine, and my friends have Model 98s, a Piranha, and a Spyder Compact...
Spyders kick ass for how cheap they are....end of story

i think the list is fine but imagine sure it has full auto but that doesn't make it an advance gun mostly it is a newb feature b/c an advanced player can walk the trigger and full- auto isn't allowed in tornaments and the gun doesn't make you advanced i whasted people all the time with my procarbine because i ran up on people and got realy close so advanced guns realy don't matter
