1.How much do you guys think a new solenoid from kingman would cost?

2.How long do you guys think it would take to get my gun back if i sent it in for them to fix the problem?

1. If it's under warranty it's free. If it's not then it'll be somewhere around $40 or free if you say the right things.
2. It'll take about a week and a half from when you send it to when you get it back.

you might try talking to your local pb shop. mine went out and I talked to them about sending it in for me and b/c it was from a shop they didn't ask any questions about it just sent a new one. all I did was pay for shipping
