Factory Rebuilt Markers.
I noticed on the Kingman web site they are selling a good package of re-built Xtras and Imagines. Has anyone purchased any of these rebuilt markers and have you had any problems as a result?

i ahvnt had expierience with the factory rebuilt markers, but i imgaine they would be just fone, and especially since you get a little extra $$$ off. Their pretty much just used guns, with all new parts. So they should be fine, and if it isnt, kingman would be happy to take it back or excahnge it.

Yeah, Kingman has a 90 day warranty on them for you to inspect the gun for errors.

Well heck, I'm going to go for it then. The more I look into it the more I realize that a spyder is pretty easy to maintain, so even if a problem develops I can probably handle it. It's under $100 for a Xtra, 20oz tank, goggle, VL200 loader, and plug. Not too bad.

Right now they're selling the old imagine, but I'd assume in a few months imagine '04s will be available refurb.

Generally Refurb stuff is stuff people return to the store/factory etc. They may be broken or just not like it, or not know how to operate them properly etc. The factory inspects/rebuilds as necessary, tests. You can check with Kingman but generally that's the story. Some will be practically new, some will be somewhat used with all the broken seals/stuff replaced, etc.
