Hello, Imma noob, thank goodness for forums
I just started pb'ing, and I tried searching for most of the info I wanted, and came up short in some areas. The marker I have is a spyder Imagine 04, all stock. I know most ppl say to up the barrel, im thinking of a progressive 14 or 16". If all I want is for to be a lil more accurate, would this do?,,,also, the lil pc under the barrel, i think its an expantion chamber?,what is its job?, i see some are long, and some are short? One more thing, with the type and model of marker i have, do i need a true elbow, or will the str8 one be fine?, i rarely shoot full auto?,,

Progressives are good barrels, but the best IMO, are CP 1 peices, A.K.A. Classics. Very accurate and cheap. Around $35 to $40. That "thing" under the barrel is a LPC, Low Pressure Chamber. It keeps extra air to shoot, that way it is supposed to help more air go though, there for you can turn your volicty down. And you can get nore shots per fill of your tank.
As for an elbow, that plactic one you get if fine,

You can get a locking feed neck, but you really don't need it. What will help w/ the electro marker is a motarized hopper. The elbow won't make much differnece. Like the 12v revvy or Empire Reloader(#1 or #2)
As to be more accurate, just practice shooting objects, and try a new barrel.
(Oh yea, the "expancion chamber" is actually the grip in the front of the gun.)

i think hes talking about the LPC.
its a low pressure chamber. its basically nothing unless u turn it into a Low Pressure Regulator. Its just a little peice that adds a little look to the gun, plsu they have to have it if you want to up that peice some day. its hollow.

Like Kidpaintball suggested just get the CP barrel. It's cheap and it does it's job very well. You don't need to sell your arm and leg to buy for more expensive ones. I would suggest getting a clamp feed tho. Some hoppers are known to do the helicopter if you get my drift.
