gun broken

hey my Spyder Xtra is shooting slow and i turn the velocity wheel all the way in and it still shoots slow. then i have a phsycoballistic drop foward and when my co2 is screwed in and i turn the on/off , off it leaks alot and when its leaking i cant' unscrew it any more. does anyone have a solution?

try a new o-ring on your tank to fix the leaking problem. As for velocity, you might have to get a spring kit or make some shims or something.

How cold is the weather when you play? Co2 doesn't like cold weather much

i have a sprink kit and it was 45 f today when i was shooting.

Yeah that pretty much does it. When the weather is too cold Co2 doesn't expand fast as hotter weather.

have you ever actually played in cold weather? playing at about 10* when i still used co2 my gun would shoot 300 very easily. is the on/off part of your asa or your tank valve. if it's the latter, that could be the problem, as co2 on/off tank valves have horible flow and restrict the air very much. i'd also replace the o-ring as has been said and/or get a new spring kit like this one:
