to an extent. the macroline will tend to blow because the co2 has a higher output pressure, not because of the cold. however, it will still be usable, and won't pop very often. besides, macro is cheap.
i have had 2 macro lines blow on me with co2... the first one hurt my ears lol.
well if you get the right stuff not the cheap **** i got you should be fine. just keep it out of the sun when your not using it.

Well the cold cold can make the line shrink a little and causing it loosen.they are not really designed for HP usethough. Now some people use them anyway with no probs.I had a macroine set up with Co2 and it would leak and then I would replace the line and it be ok.Then after a week it would leak again it got to point that I grew tired of it leaking all the time.So I said **** it and went and bought a couple of paht elbows and some stainless line.I have never had any leaks and now I am using HPA and still wont use macroline.
I don't think you'll have a problem. I've used it for years with CO2 without a problem. The fittings leak every once in a while but I'm sure it is from the O rings inside them drying out, since it will stop leaking if I tap it.
Macroline might break if you take a bad dive or drop your marker, but other than that you should have no problems.
