I have a Spyder TRL, and I need a new barrel. Now, this guy is offering me a 14 inch Whisper barrel for $40, do you guys think it's a good deal, and would it help my gun? Also, what is a really good barrel for my gun?

For $40, that's a rip. Whispers usually go for $20 or under from all that I've seen. I would go with a CP or J&J instead.

But for a good low cost barrel, jnj ceramics, and custom products are good

Yeah, $40 for a whisper barrel, is a serious rip. You can find one on eBay for like $13-$20. I hear the whisper barrel isnt that bad of a barrel, for the price you can get one...
