I agree with KidPaintball to a extent, because it does help to tag out a player with a 15bps paintball gun. The reason I chose a spyder is because it's the cheapest most durrable and reliable paintball gun out there and (the ones I have) dont ring up the paintballs cash regester. However if you have the money and want to blow it on the coolest fastest paint thower, go right ahead I'm not stopping you. I would suggest a old imagine with a palmer regulater and a nice long drop forward W on/off swich. BTW the palmer is the best around if you get the on/off drop you can un-screw the hose and use it for blowing off dust from your computer ro somthing like that, use your imagination maby a potato gun or a pipe bomb launcher there is more then one purpose for a CO2 regulater.

EDIT: you should not need a electronic hopper I dont use one and have only broke one ball (even in full auto).

well... I havent achualy used my regulater for any of those I was just suggesting som things you could use it for. I just thought of another one.. if you are useing air you can go free diving with it for extended times, lol. also a portable air brush, portable air rinch and a portable bike tire pumper I guess you could also use it for regular car tires. that's all I could think of now, maby you can think of others.

well, my 2 cents...for 249.99 buy now on ebay...you can get an evo.....when i started i went the spyder route also cuz i had no dough.....the evo is an economical marker that gives you some great features....buying an acs fenix/imagine for what 220-270 depending on where you get it, i think that the evo is a better product with better customer support PMI is great....ive had my evo for about 3 months now...and it has performed better than expected run about 10,000 rouns throuigh it not 1 break the eyes work great you can tell when they are working cuz you can out shoot this gun sometimes with an empire 2 reloader.....im running Empire 2 reloader, evil pipe kit, boss blade trig, Hpa, at about 350 psi 280 fps.....stock everything else and at the chrono hitting 13-15 bps.....which is the max for the loader......i dont think that out the box with the same ups as i got a fenix/imagine acs would do that......evo...best for the money

and ps..MR PAIN..Tippmann, by far the most durable, not spyder.. my tippman has been through hell and back and will still spray the ish out of any bunker....

I sayd for the price... you cant get a tippmann for $60. If you have the money then goahead and get it, I have nothing agenst the tippmann except for that kinde of money you can buy a used autococker. All my friends have tippmanns, I guess they dont want to spend the time tweeking on the autococker.

i ment for the acs versions of those markers....i thought it was about 30-40 bucks more....but thats not the point...my point for the money vs what you get i felt that the evo was the best option...but thats my opinion, thats all...

and also...any spyder for 60 bucks is not durable.its a waste of money your better off bagging groceries for another 3 weeks and saving for a better gun.....and a 98c you can get for 139.99...and an a5, 219.99........thats not cocker price. well the new trilogy series yes, but.......well see about those, how they hold up

Okay, back on topic here people....
Get The one out of all those, if you want a super duper marker...
If you dont want to spend a hella lot of money on a marker, get a Imagine, and put some ups on her, and you got a kick ass marker that works good....I got my Imagine for $140, and it came with...9 and 20 oz co2 bottles, 12 inch barrel, stock barrel, gravity hopper, 9v battery with charger, PMI pod pack, which came with 4 tubes and a spare tank holder, and 2000 paintballs. Its not the 04, but looks have nothing to do with performance....
All spyders are the same, just milling is different, and some dont come with expansion chambers, and e-grips and such....in my opinion the Imagine is the best deal, cuz all you need to run that gun really good is a electro hopper and a barrel....
