the valve is only being stoped by 2 things the fist one being that gold (copper) set screw and the other is that silver pin that Mangudai posted. with those 2 items removed (and ofcorse the stricker, bolt and everything else) it will slide both ways, I know because I did it myself. If whoever put it in last dident lube the 2 O-rings on the valve it could get stuck and somtimes are relly tough to push out. You ofcorse will want to push it out the back because on the pin side (the side you want to be pushing on) there is nothing you can relly damage it will just come out dinged up with no loss of performance(unless you are hitting it relly RELLY hard with a metal object, even then I dont think it will affect the performance unless you smash it with a 10lb sledg hammer).

On the other side you have the place where your vlave seals, and you dont want to break that so just push on the other side.

i noticed in the picture that you have not removed the trigger frame. if you did not take the trigger off, you will not see the copper/brass screw that we have all been telling you to remove. i am more than positive that you have never removed the screw we have been telling you to remove. that silver screw that you have been having so much trouble with is not the one we are talking about. there is a GOLD/BRASS screw hidden by your trigger frame.

you should not have to take out that silver pin, its harder that way (removing that pin is a *****). and even if you did remove it, you still have to remove the gold/brass screw hidden by the trigger frame.

Mangudai: ive already taken off the screw, I knew about it but the valve doesnt want to come out!
The reason I didnet say where it was is because he already sayd that he removed it.
And yes it is harder to push the valve thrue the other way because you have to push it further.

another thign that I have found to work great is the allen wrench that came w/ your marker. Ad when your'e pounding on whatever you use to poke it out, make sure you gun is on a stablesurface (ie: not you lap, not a carpeted floor, you get the picture.) If you have to, use some books to make a stand and lay boards across so that when you hit it, the force isn't absorbed by whatever is underneath your marker.

no, dont use your allen wrech, when you pound on it w/ a hammer its going to flatten the surface of the sized part, then when you try to work on your gun, its not going to fit.

Best thing is to find a blunt nail, or get a punch from a hardware store, that way you won't mess up your pin..

you can make the punch from a nail and a grinding wheel and just grinde off the end.. what I use is a star type screw driver hammer and a pair of plyers. when you go to drive out the pin I put 2 books of the same size side by side leving a small space between them. When you set the paintball gun on the books make shure you dont miss or anything.

Yeah, it sounds like a O-ring could be broken, I hade one brake on me once on the stricker and it was one tuff ******* to get out. I belive I used somthing heavy I dont rember what and put it in the the other end and put my hand over the open end that I slid the heavy object into, and slid it back and forth violently to get the slide hammer efect.
