I dont know how to feel right now. Im happy that Mr Pain's advice about using the screw driver and hammer thing worked perfectly but when i took the valve out neither O-Ring was broken. That black one looked kinda dirty and they both looked pretty dry. But besides that It seems like nothing is wrong with them?

here are pics

they look fine, take them off and clean them with a rag and slap it back on with a bit of lube smeared on the O-rings. At my work (we repare basicly everything that has to do with a deasel truck, the big 18 wheeler kinde) we have this clear goop stuff that is ment for air valvs and such. I dont rember what it's called but it's relly thick pasty clear stuff designed for air valvs to keep everthing lubed (it dosent evaporate, so it would be easer to remove next time) and helps with the seal. But if you cant finde or know what I'm talking about then use the first oil/lube you can finde, anything to keep the O-rings from drying out.
