looking to buy a spyder? this thread will help
I think this list needs to be finished theres a lot people asking about what spyder to get. but I am not sure about a lot of the markers so I will need some help. so if you would like to help you can send me the info. Anything I add thats from someone else I will give them the credit for it. this list is no good unless it has all the spyders on it so I really need help. I will add the electros soon.
The first thing you need to decide is weather you want a mech or electronic spyder. mech spyders will cost less however they will shoot slower a lot slower. You can upgrade to an electronic trigger frame later though. with an Electro trigger frame you will have much lighter trigger pull and it will allow you to shoot a lot faster. Only thing is you want an electronic hopper to keep up with it so that will cost some more. Mech spyders go from 50$-110$ and electros go from 110$-250$
Ok now for the mech spyders There is the Rodeo, TL-X, Shutter, Xtra, Agressor XT, and the Victor II.
Spyder Rodeo
Price: 120$
The spyder rodeo is pretty nice looking. Its trigger pull isn’t too bad. It has a built in Regulator and expansion chamber. It has a bevertail I guess that would be preference I personaly hate the bevertail and prefer the style of the Victor. One thing I really didn’t like about it was that it was heavy compared to a lot of the other spyders.
Spyder TL-X
Price: 100$
Spyder Shutter
Price: 130$
Spyder Xtra
Price: 90$
Spyder Aggressor XT
Price: 85$
Spyder Victor II
Price: 60$
This marker is great for its price. Inside spyders are not much different from one and another. It is very light, and reliable. the barrel is shorter then most of the other ones but you will definitely want to get a better barrel no matter what spyder you get. If like me you don't like the bevertail then this is one of the only mech spyders without it.
