My good friend's house got attacked. His Dad is the boss of this guy. And the guy was like doing drugs or something and my friend's dad was going to fire him. The guy got mad. So he somehow got an AK47, i have no idea how.

He came to their doorway and all of a sudden shot three bullets through the front door. Then He rammed open the door and my friends sister and mom were in the living room on the couch. he pointed the rifle at them and then saw my friend, with his dad standing at the end of the hall. the mom and sister ran outside to the back, with the mom's cell phone they dialed 911.
so the guy pointed the gun down the hall and my friend and my dad ran into a room and shut/locked the door. the guy walked down the hall and shot like 50 shots through the door making a big hole in it. my friend said he was against a wall and the bullets were like a foot from him. his dad was on the other side. when the shooting stopped my friend ran to the other side of the room away from the door, and his dad ran to where the door opened. the guy rammed open the door, but my friends dad pushed it shut and was trying to keep it shut and stuff. then the door flew open, the guy pointed the gun at the dad. the dad kicked the gun and punched the guy, and they started fighting. my friend said he doesnt know how but they fought into the bathroom, when his dad picked up the gun and shot a shot that barely scimmed the guy's head. then he kicked him and held him on the ground until the police came.
wow, my friend cant stay still. he sleeps with the light on, door open, and his parents in the same room. he said he cant be by a window very long or he'll get really nervous, and he might freak out.
it totally shocked me.
he's taking counseling.

Thats ****in crazy, e-kudos to the dad, How that mustve been really scary.

I hope the dad doesnt get prosecuted for shotting the guy. Ive heard stories where a burgerler comes in and the owner shoots them. and then they go to jail.

Counseling would be best for him.

yeah, gota be a news story about this, hell, this is the type of thing the media would liek to saturate and do national coverage of since there is nothing newsworthy going on since americans lost thier intrest in the tsunami

yeah man, we would have heard about this... it would have been all over the papers and the evening news.

especially with the awb not being renewed, the liberal media would have eaten this up.

im not sure if its true or not, but how did your friends remember every detail? and the fact that he told it to you, and you remembered every detail? you also said he was nervous as hell, so how did he get around telling you all this with all that detail?

Thats so true. But whats wrong is that that AK-47 isn't banned by the AWB. ITs banned by an act passed in the 30's banning FUll automatic weapons. Only way he could own one is with a Class 3 FFA.
