theres literally countless amounts of spam BOTS* that send spam emails. theres no reason to bother, just delete it. i get like 20 everytime i check my mail.

its not legit at all. they wouldnt refer to you as Sir, if you they interested in a personal business deal. and how would they have gotten your email address? its not a mistake, and they would have been more formal by mailing you a letter or calling you if they were really interested.
