Um they cant just randomly do drug test and searchs on people at school.
They cant search anything with out reasonable cause and they can only drug test you in sports or for again reasonable dought that your doing drugs.

Balla- Dogs are reasonable dought. I think a random drug test is against your rights unless you are in something like sports.

My school has random searches. They bring in dogs, and we can't go out of the classes.

I heard somebody else say they have random drug tests, in the school. Not even for sports.

There are different laws in differnt states.

also depends if its private or public. but drug searches is understandable. drugs in lockers is illegal.

High school sucks, play world of warcraft and dungons and dragons because you actually make friends. Party are for queers....High school is the most overrated thing and graduating from junior high means nothing, you're still a baby.

I've had a lot of good high school experiences.

Probably the best was skipping over 90 classes this year and not getting in trouble for it a single time.

My friends tricked me that a senior liked me...she did think I was cute tho and we talk alot now. I went out with a junior that cheated on me. Got kicked out of a chinese buffet(yes we get to go out for lunch). Watched my friend drink from the fountain of the chinese buffet(yes he got root beer).

highschool isnt going to be this amazing gateway for you. Every has such a wrong idea and youll be disappointed after your first years gone by and you did nothing.

dont bother with being popular or cool. Just get a group of friends that you can have a lot of fun with and chill out with them.

dont be expecting to be getting blowjobs and sex at wild parties.. it wont happen

LOL. You had 2 long term relationships....... Well you may have 2 long term but where are they now? Im not saying you wont have a long relation ship but 90% of the relationships dont end up lasting very much after highschool.

Well, actually i was refering to a Private school. Dont know if you know much about colleges, but they are ranked by tiers. Tier1-4 and 4 being the highest/best. But the private one im talking about is a Tier4. I can use their credits if i ever decide to transfer ANYWHERE.

mine was having 2 football players get in a fight over me my freshman year and one ended up expelled from school the other ended up in the hospital. BTW...I ended up with the expelled one. Always loved the bad boys....

A bunch of state cops and dogs come in. The dogs go down the line of the lockers and sniff them (lockers closed). If the dogs smell something, the police officer rights down the locker number and the locker numbers that are to the right and left of it. Then when the dogs are put away, the office calls up the people that had their locker number written down. That is when they search the lockers but the cops dont touch a thing. I was called up 2 times this year because the kids locker that was next to me always had something in it.

For the drug tests, they just randomly choose 10 students once a month, but we dont know when in the month the tests will be. All you do is piss in a cup and then the school nurse puts them in this container thing and takes them to the hospital to be tested. A week later, the tests results come back. I was tested once and the only drug they found in my system was the stuff thats in my asthma medication.

I'm going to be a junior this year and highschool kicks ass. All the uperclassmen loved me so I got invited to all the campouts and ****. It was so much fun and that was in tenth grade. I take alot of easy electives, although I am getting an advanced diploma. Do good in math, english, science, ect. and take some PE's and Ag's to goof off in.

that is complete bull****.. is this a private school or something?

Theres no way they can just randomly pick out your guys names, why dont you students protest this? EVen the students that dont do drugs should protest this. What a retarded violation of rights..

Highschool for me has been teh :tdown: I have had to focus to much on my work, and while it has paid off (Arizona offered me a full ride at the end of this last year, junior year) I think it would have been more fun if I wasn't focus on this stuff as much. But like I think Blue said, there is far too much drama.
