weak piercing questions
okay, so i have a 6g in my left ear which was stretched from an initial 20g stud.
this happened about a year ago.
so now, i want to get my right ear done as well. How would you guys suggest one going about doing this? I want the initial piercing to not hurt like hell, but to be as close to 6 as possible.
also, i want the hole to be able to close normally, i dont know how 'punch out' piercings close later in time...
also, a little thing, im a guy and am thinking about also getting a cartilage piercing. what kind of cartilage piercing is most common on a guy and what ear should it be done on? (assuming i will have both of my ears pierced by this time)

i have my left ear lobe pierced twice; they're both size 14. I'm stretching the bottom one to about a 4; not too big, but not too small.
I have my right ear cartilage pierced. You CAN stretch it, but doing that hurts like hell. With errings, less is more.

just get your ear done in 6g with a regular piercing needle it wont hurt any more than getting it done in 10g than stretching it
cartilage piercings hurt like son of a ***** and take a long time to heal cartilage is more prone to keloiding which is a type of scar tissue that will form if the piercing get irritated much such as, sleeping on it, hitting it on stuff, playin with it, crap like that so cartilage piercings are kinda wierd they are a semi hard piercing to heal and have it look right
the most common ear cartilage piercing around here would be an industrial
http://www.bmezine.com/pierce/01-ear...megl141084.jpg
i had an orbital piercing and there was only one in my whole town like it besides mine
notice the bumps next to each side of the ring those are keloid scar tissue

okay, i made some phone calls.
turns out that this **** is gunna end up costing 90 dollars.
i dont know how you do it, allen.
anyways, im prolly gunna get a 12 in the lobe, just because its safe, and will heal fast. so then i will be able to maybe just put in an 8 from the 12, then easily get the 6.
as for my cartilage, i will be getting a 14 in the right ear, just a pinna, but it'll still be sweet nonetheless.
i will have before and after pix, and if you guys are nice to me, i might throw in a nude or two.

oh yeah try to get it pierced as large as you can afford because it will save you money in the long run cause you wont have to buy tapers and jewlery for each size

owww....
well, its all done.
neither piercing really hurt during the actual piercing.
but now, the cartilage really hurts (14g) and the lobe (12g) isn't that bad i guess.
pics to come after i get it all cleaned up.
