Because, you know, homosexuality is a gender, with its own sex parts and everything....

man, just wait till ya get to college and have to take liberal studies courses.

I have this one queer one credit class where we read some article on some issue such as racism, religion, gender roles, homosexuality and all that stuff and go debate on it in class.

last week I looked online for my reading and we didnt have one, instead for out topic on homosexuality I had to write an essay on if I was gay, who I would have gay sex with.....

yeah, definatly skipped that class.

When talking about gender roles I said it was the general norm for women to stay at home and raise the kids while the father went out to "bring in the bacon".

I didnt say this was how it should be, I was just stating that it's a fact. Of course some feminist decided to stand up and say I was wrong and that her father raised her and all this crap about how I'm perpetuation a negative image of women and blah blah blah.

Everyone just kind of started laughing becasue she looked like a retard. All I said is that is how most of america views gender roles and it's the truth, even "feminists" would admit that.

In some Native culture "man who acts like woman" is an actual gender. I don't remember the word for it or the tribe, though.

I've never understood this. Seriously, why should a gay man talking to you bother you?

A gay kid once said to me, sitting about 2 feet away..."You have really pretty eyes." I didn't get upset or anything, and simply replied, "Thank you."

A gay man giving a compliment would be no different than you complimenting a girl. A gay man trying to get with a man would be no different than you trying to get with a girl. It shouldn't change anything.

There's a few homosexuals on our bus that I've talked to. They weren't very exciting or interesting, but that wasn't because they were gay.

I knew/know quite a few gay people. You end up not evening noticing or thinking of them as gay.. and why would you really?

If a gay guy gives me a compliment.. ill say thanks.. if a gay guy hits on me.. id just tell em im not like that. If they make a move, i might get a little weirded out.. but I get weirded out when chicks spontaneously make a move on me too. More surprising then anyway.
