screwed up sleeping habbits...
I usually go to fall asleep at like 2:00 am to 3:30, i've pretty much given up on going to bed earlier because i can never fall asleep for an hour or two... i never had, i probably won't for awhile. But since i don't fall asleeep until those late times, i usually find myself asleep on the couch after school.
Do any of u guys have weird sleep habits?

whats weird is i'm not even tired at school...unless i'm reaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllyyyyyyy bored, i'm tired after school. thats why i'm always asleep on my couch, (best dam couch ever made) i come home from school, pop on the tv, and fall asleep.

4:30 and I'm still awake. I slept all ****ing day so I'm not tired. I'm about to go smoke an L, which will hopefully aid in knocking me out.

I work from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am and sleep all day. I know that doesnt sound too bad but try doing it in Alaska where the sun stays out 22 hours a day in the summer. Its infuriating.

I go to sleep anywhere from 2-3 am and have to wake up anywhere from 5:30 - 11:00
don't really get to nap during the day though, I don't have a couch here and it's hard for me to nap in my bed
but yeah, I'm pretty much just like ya iluvwpg, all last year i would get like 3 hours of sleep, be fine in school, but then plop on my couch and sleep till dinnertime.
my couch was impossible to lay down on without falling asleep, comfiest couch evar

i almost always take a nap when i get back from college, even if its only like 45 minutes or so its good times. i usually stay up till about 2 then wake up at 7-7:30, so the nap is welcome.

good thing theres this new invention called shades..or blankets to cover your windows.
at first i thought this was gonna ask how to get your sleep schedule back on track..what i always do when i cant get to bed before 2-3 is stay up all night one night and then go to bed at a reasonable hour the next night..but if it works for you

i've tried that 3 times..it doesn't work well for me anyway, when this school year started and i couldn't get ot sleep till like 3 and then i heard about my friend is takin a year off of school before he goes to college, and he works at wally world from 11pm to 7 am and he sleeps in the day time so i jsut added that nap after school and now i'm good...but if you look at the time i posted thiis...i obviously didn't take one today.

College messes with my sleeping schedule. In fact, I don't have a sleep schedule anymore, I just sleep when I can.

i don't sleep. the past 3 weeks i'll lay awake till like 5 and i have to get up at 6.

i got insomnia...doctors dont know wut can help...OTC sleep aids dont help
prescription ones giv me wierd side-effects
i manage to function tho...w/ coffee and sugar
