i garuntee i could do a better job then the mayor now. his budget is retarded and i can actually prepare a do able budget. he is also allocating funds in the most ineffecient ways. plus it doesnt help that he is corrupt as hell. im not just pulling this out of my ass, i worked for a city dept. last year and saw a bunch of it first hand
