Not really, 6'1" weighing in at 185 lbs.
I'm not gonna lie either and say it's all pure muscle...but I'm not that fat.

nothing wrong with being overweight as long as it is good weight and not tons of lard. i dont think it is possible for me to be anything other then overweightor obese(in terms of weight and height, not taking a body fat measurement) with out losing muscle.

5'8 and 145lbs. That's on a good day, normally my thyroid keeps me around 135lbs.

Obesity is simply having too much body fat. Saying you are "overweight" isn't a bad thing at all as long as you keep your body fat levels down, and thoes stupid body mass index charts will decieve you, especially if you have a very wide body frame like me. According to the chart, Im supposed to way 150 at 5'11" for my age. If i weighed 150, i would look like death. Thats like saying Arnold S should only weight 190 or 200. he would be skin and bones. The best way to see if you are overweight in a bad way is to see you doctor. he/she can accuratly measure your body fat levels and tell you where you are in terms of health.

yea i have 8% bodyfat and the body mass index chart classifies me as overweight (6'1", 198lbs). they seem to forget that some people in america actually work out

Body fat percentage is calculated by a machine, I believe, and BMI...uhh...I forgot. Health class kinda went through one ear and out the other.

6' 3" 290, trying to cut down 50 lbs or so to bring me back into the "slightly overweight" fat percentage. College food doesn't help though. Like today someone left a box of Krispy Kreme and a quarter of a bottle of jack in our dorm. Suffice to say both are all gone.

5'8" 134lbs, I have a tiny amount of fat and starting to gt a decent 6 pack. Im a rail though. I can squeeze into size 26 pants and I normally wear 28. Although if i feel like wearing something baggy I have a size 30 lol.
