I live in the middle of Iowa, one of the most boring states during winter, and I had a choice to go to florida this break instead. I didn't just because of the hastle of packing and the fact that I wouldn't make any money at work. Well, I'm glad I decided to because I've been invited to 3 or 4 parties and don't have to worry about coming home (my parents left), i wasn't disapointed with any of my gifts, and everyone liked the ones that I gave them, and I met this great girl on friday and we hit it off pretty well. I just feel like this has, and is going to continue to be, an awesome week. Ending with a massive new years bash too.

anyway, this vacation has been better than i expected.. got to spend some time with my family (my brother came home from college). gave some good gifts to my family. hopefully ill get to go to a hookah bar this vacation. if not, ill just save it for some other time.

My friend ernie went to one in cali and he said it was awesome. I went to a headshop yesterday with REALLY nice hookah's ((one was 6' tall)) and I must go to a hookah bar.

The highlight of my break: finding a ping pong ball in a can of Guiness.
Or teaching a hot italian girl how to properly hit a bong.
