Haha, that's actually pretty cool. Gotta give it to the guy that he's at least being original. That'd be tight if he did manage to sell it on PBN.

My house is at least 500k, we got one estimate for 700k.
Its something like 2,600 square feet. There's nothing special about it. It was bought for something like 150k.
My family could be living easy if we moved into the burbs or just further away from the city. But its good being close to everything.

For a home of that size in California, that is a ****ing deal. My mom's house was bought at $350,000....its now worth upwards of $900,000.

It's in the middle of nowhere though, so the California part doesn't help it much.

lol, yup NJ housing prices have atleast doubled in the last 10 years. We built our house for $300,000 in '95 and now we can get over $600,000. Were only on a 50ft by 100ft lot, I'd love to see what my grandmothers house would go for with 3 acres in the same town. I know commercial property is a bit over 1 million an acre here, but residential is going for even more. Funny thing is my grandparents only payed $100,000 for all of it when they bought it, talk about inflation.

NJ is crazy, pretty much the whole NE is.
Florida is almost as bad.
Parents bought 2300 sq foot house w/ pool and .6 acre lot for $210,000
now we could EASILY get $500 grand

My parents haven't really looked into selling our house so I have no clue what the vaule is now, but I'm positive we could get much more than we bought it for since we're the fastest growing city in the nation.
