For me, it has officially started. Today was the last day of finals for me...great way to end it to...English 2 and Vocational Training (shop)...easy as pie. I have to go back for like 5 minutes on Wednesday to pick up my report card though...but oh well. 2nd semester finals were really easy for me this year. Only got 1 grade below an A on all my tests (7)...and that was in Geometry. It was a wierd test too...usually, that teacher has the longest, hardest finals...this semester, she sure had the hardest, but far from longest. For the 9 chapters we covered this semester, there was only about 40 questions...but still took the entire hour and a half to take it. All my other tests, I got A's which makes me happy...just have to wait to see what I got as a final grade for those classes.

This summer is going to be great too. I am trying to find a job right now but shouldn't have a problem getting one. I am getting my licence in less than a month now, and I might be going back to California for 2 weeks. Can't wait to have some fun bonfires too...had some great times last summer, and this summer should be twice as good.

So yea, post when you get/got out of school and what you have planned for this summer.

I think I go back to school August 25th too...that's when we have gone back the past 2 years.

We have 9 days of class left not counting 3 days of finals. Im only going to a few finals anyway. Some classes im exempt and some classes im just not gonna show. We go back August 24 I think.

I have 4 finals left tomorrow and Wednesday then I'm basically done. Just sit around and play my psp or listen to some music on the mp3 on Thursday and Friday while other people take their finals.

Rest of this week, 4 days the next, and that's pretty much it... Last 3 days are finishing misc crap, turning in books, signing yearbooks, chillin', etc...

Tomorrow-one test (not a final).
Wednesday-3 finals (Band, Health and German).
Thurs-English Final and getting exempt from World Geography so me and some friends are going to MI 3.
Friday-Math and Biology, early release at 1.

june 12th is my last day of classes, then the rest of that week and the week after is Regents exam week (idk how other states are, but in NY you have to pass a regents test to get credit for the class).

and then around june 25th-ish we're completely done with classes.

june 13th i'm seeing a concert in the city (central park!)

june 27th i'm seeing the allman brothers at jones beach. we're tailgating!

june 22nd i'm hopefully seeing CKY

Yea, my school has really short spring breaks (3 days usually) and shorter than normal Christmas break. The last day for our seniors was the 12th.

This was my chedule for finals...
Thursday (18th) - Biology (got an A), Computer Programming in Visual Basic (not sure what I got, probably A though), and Physical education (pretty sure I got an A on this one too)
Friday (19th) - Study Hall (had Drivers Ed this semester), Geometry (got a C), and World Geography (don't know percentage...but I only missed 1)
Monday - English 2 (got an A) and Vocational Training (shop...got an A+ on that)

I always told my teachers that not studying helps me. haha...I told them all that I wasn't going to study for finals and pretty much all of them told me to be ready to have a low score...proved them wrong (I'm happy with the Geometry score...top score was 91%...next closest got an 85%).

Even if I did terrible on all my finals, I wouldn't care. They are worth 20% of your semester grade at my school, and even if I took a 0 on all of them, I would pass every class for the semester...barely for Geometry though. That would have been a really low D...but wouldn't have been an F.
