PaintViper

I am using a typical Template Monster template. Not flash, just good ol HTML (Dreamweaver + Photoshop). On the "Contacts" page, there are forms (typical - with a submit and reset button). When I save it (as .html from photoshop), and put it on Dreamweaver, the forms are just white spaces. I went to their support and they said the forms are "inactive". I need to know how to make the forms active. Any help would be greatly] appreciated, especially by people who have used Template Monster template's before!
