Well ok so me and 2 of my best friends are going to UK friday for a college Visit and Saturday we were going to spend the night with one of my friends who goes to U of L, mom was like ok but now dads being all *****y for some reason I feel so god damn sheltered right now because im the only one who didnt get approval. Sure we were planning on doing things we weren't supposed to but we're not going to leave his dorm and go out driving or anything while we were wasted... And it's not like I haven't been wasted before... But seriously its just BS he says the only reason I can't go is because I'm not 18. ****ing sucks so much nuts this weekend WAS going to be so kickass. I guess I'll just have to make the best of Lexington. I also feel bad because I'm the one driving so neither of my other friends are going to get to spend the night.. My parents are always ****ing holding me back I'm tired of it.

Issue 2. after all that Dad is trying to make me go to revival tonight thats not happening I've done made plans to go promote my concert in surrounding counties tonight and he better not raise to much hell about it or I just might snap. I hate this ****,

Sure despite all of the cursing and not wanting to go to church I strongly believe I just already had other plans and I'm tired of him pushing church and other garbage on to me. by the time I'm 18 this random trip to U of L wont be **** to me I'll be able to do what I want if i was 18 I wouldn'tve even asked.



TL;DR Im sheltered, I'm a Christian, I wanna be in College.

Yeah I can't wait until I'm 18. My parents dont push me around though because I'm a stubburn little **** when it comes to that kind of thing and I have a dirty mouth when my parents piss me off.

Most parents really try hard though and would kill to have their kids have successful lives though.

Well it's not like im just going to UK and U of L just to hang out ... I actually have appointments with them... one of which I'm not going to be able to attend since im not spending the night.

i'm 17 and i get the same **** from my rents.
drinking is a waste of brain tissue.

but yeah
try and work your way up the ladder... get your rents used to having you leave the house at night and come home late. but don't be all rebellious, keep your parents informed about your life.

Naw, I've never had any problems with going out and coming home at midnight... They've never said much but they usually ask me what time I got home the next day to see if I would lie or not.. Which I don't.

he was simplly stating that alcohol is bad for your brain, and then he compared a less harmful substance to a really harmful substance. i don't remember him saying "i smoke weed".
i dont understand why people lash out when someone mentions weed. im sure im gonna get it for posting this, oh well. i'm only tying to clarify tippmannbeast's post.

I know... I know...

They just don't grasp that I can take of myself. I understand but it makes me feel bad because they aren't only holding me back but they are also holding the people who wanted to go as well back.
