O and to add. This would explain why 22 or so college kid have ended up in the Mississipi. I'd like to slap the person who ever started "I think there is a serial killer pushing drunk college kids into the river."

Yea, Wisconsin isn't that great, besides the lakes. But they're full of rednecks.

I tried to find black people in Rhinelander. No luck.

Northern Wisconsin is nice during the summer though.
