pbf just isnt the same anymore. the subtle blue-purple ive seen for the last 5 years was very inviting, and this place just doesnt feel like home any more. have fun always trying and always failing to be pbn (pbf was always better because it WASNT pbn) ill snoop in every now and then to check in, because i am a curious being, but i just cant have this be my home page like this..

i know, "goodbye" threads are lame. frankly i dont care, ive been here for 5 years and ive become about as good of friends as you can with people online, and i really will miss this place (i already DO miss this place, because as far as im concerned there is no pbf right now)

We are going to bring back the familiar colors. Maybe if you waited more than like 3 days, you'd see that.

It sucks to see you leave, but you're making such a big deal over a little color change.

youve been here for a while too man, dont you think this is atleast slightly uninviting? the only thing i can think of when i see these colors is 8th grade when all my friends bought skateboard stuff that looked like this

dont think of this as me rebelling, think of it as me sadly realizing this place just isnt what it used to be and its beyong my control

I hear you. I don't like the change either. I've been here since I was 13 and the site was virtually the same for those 5 years. Even with the colors back it just won't be the same. But I think after some time people are just going to completely forget about it. And the forum will just go back to being what it's about--the people.

well i havn't been here nearly as long as some of you guys...but a year is enough to know that its the PEOPLE that reside here that make pbf what it is...not the color of the background...or who the head admin is...so when people leave like this just because it doesn't feel right to them anymore...they're making it even less of what it used to be. its a viscious cycle that i intend to stick out

i agree that the forum isnt much the same any more.. even if it goes back to normal colors it still bugs the crap out of me... anyhow, hopefully all goes well with ya, and good luck with your real life (assuming you probably have one of those although most people on here dont

) i definitely hope to see you back on occasion to keep things different.. lol
