so yea, im going up to c-bus for the tail end of the arnold classic tomorrow (err, today). im pumped, i went last year and it was sweet. met a lot of guys that are lifting/body building inspirations for me. after i went last year i definitely felt super pumped to hit the weight room hard. i cant wait, tons of freebees and lots of awesome people. hopefully ill get pics for every one to see

wow that was sweet. i think admission was like 20 or 30, but my friend got us free tickets (he works for gnc and was working a booth for a little bit). i didnt really see the competition, but i did get TONS and i mean TONS of free samples. i eriously got like 4 months of protien for free. i also met tripple H, lol. he is actually pretty short, seemed like a nie guy too. my friend took a ton of pics and ill try to get some up later. i wanted to stay longer but we were only there for a little bit cuz i ha work to do and my parents came down.
