sylvia is the annoying loud cocky kid from schol that no one likes. he just happened to be decent at fighting (noting great though..)

and ONCE AGAIN everyone says randy is gonna lose. i would say that, but frankly, he's done this underdog **** so many times that i never give anyone credit for having the ability to own him. i dont care if it is crocop, randy will think of an incredible gameplan (he's a smart fekin fighter) and at least put on a good show

Pride will never let go of Fedor. He is their prize fighter and he isnt going anywhere (that is until Dana offers him more money than Pride does)

Whats funny is most people that watch the UFC (aka american mma idiots) dont have a clue who Fedor is. They all think that Cro Cop is some new figure to MMA.

Quite sad really....... MMA is pretty much my main thing that I do. Im a purple belt in brazilian jiu jitsu and I love MMA. I started watching it with Pride back in 2000.

pride is sooooo much better then ufc its not even funny. i first got into K-1, then pride, then i started watching ufc. i still really like a good k-1 fight. im not counting boxing in that. i think boxing is my favorite to watch just because its more of an endurance race then an MMA fight. same with muay thai/kick boxing (dont get me wrong, mma takes TONS of endurance, boxing matchest just last a lot longer)

I seen this thing for IFL, looks like UFC but in a boxing ring. UFC will be the best though, I like watching the best UFC knockouts on Spike. Holy S***! My favorite was IDK who it was but one guy was on his back and the other guy was on top of him (this is starting to sound weird) in like the same position, and he hit him with like 7 elbows to the face. That guy was totally knocked out.

i dont see UFC being the best for a loooooong time. unless they start shelling out redik amounts of cash. plus pride is just way more fun to watch. the only thing i like about ufc is the cage...sometimes

edit: thats also y i like boxing and k-1, you see waaaay more TKO's, none of that "unable to intelligently defend" wins.

The cage is most definately the best part of the UFC. I hate the whole boxing ring thing in PRIDE, pisses me off. It's so freaking small. I think that if PRIDE moved to the cage it would get much more popular, or if the UFC and PRIDE joined, which will never happen, but it would most definately kick ass.

i kinda like the boxing ring, the cage is like a weapon, the ring shows who is the better fighter IMO.

not to mention pride had better fighters as well. and, they also have bob sapp!!!

UFC will be the best by 2008. pride lost the big tv contract that made them money, and they are barely hanging on by a thread right now. hell, ufc has already bought half of their fighters.. crocop (#2 in the world), fabricio werdum (#7 in the world), anderson silva (#1 middleweight, obviously). fedor's contract comes to an end this year, we'll see what happens with him

the only reason the ufc got crocop is because they were able to give him more money. pride is losing a ton of money right now, so the same will be happening for other good pride fighters in the future

oh yea, rampage wasnt taken from pride, he was taken from the world fighting league when it was bought out

oh yea v.2, unable to intelligently defend IS a tko. it means one guy is lying asleep on the ground, and the other guy is beating the **** out of him completely unanswered. pride has more tko's due to not doing nearly as much ground fighting. most of there fighters come from k1 backgrounds
