Yep.. my day was wasted today. Why you ask? A simple drug test.

It's 10 o'clock, and I am sitting in my nutrition class, reading the chapter we're doing, stuff like that... Then the athletic director comes in and tells me I'm taking a drug test.

I was a bit worried. Not because I would fail, but because I just took a piss at 9:45 or so.

At around 10:15, I go to take a piss in the cup. Nothing happened.

I sit around and drink a glass of water. 10:30, still nothing.

We hit 11:15, the end of class. I was like "Well, I'm just going to leave", and the AD was like "If you leave that's at least a 5 day suspension, as well as losing driving privileges got 30 days", so I decided to stick around for a bit.

It's now 11:50, the end of the class I should have been in, and the start of lunch. I was like "Well, I'm going to lunch now", then the AD stepped in to remind me "There's no way in hell I am leaving without pissing in the cup."

It's now 12:30, lunch just ended, and a new class starts. I still haven't pissed. Not because I don't want to, but because I simply don't have to piss.

1 o'clock, I walk up to the AD and say "Whatever dude, fail me. I'll turn in my parking pass now and I'll go back to class", he cuts me off and says "That's not going to be happening." At this point, I am a bit pissed off. I say "Seriously, I came here to ****ing learn. If my mom wanted me drug tested, she would take me to a ****ing doctor." He reminds me that the new policy for 'refusing' drug tests is expulsion.

It's now 2 o'clock, and I really just want to get to class by the end of the day and get my homework. I had already missed 2 and a half classes, as well as lunch, so I just wanted to get the **** out of the nurses office.

I ask the AD again if I can leave. He lets me know I'm not leaving until I piss in the cup. I once again let him know that I don't have to piss. He tells me that "He'll keep me there all night if he has to, because I have to piss sometime."

Finally, at 2:30, I seen someone else walking around the office. I payed him a dollar to piss in the cup for me. I finally got out of there, just after wasting around 4 and a half hours of my life.

So pretty much, next time I am supposed to be tested, I'm just not going to go.

I will NEVER piss in a cup for anyone. Not because I would probably fail, but because its a serious violation of my rights.

The school has no right, and if they detained me for not pissing in a cup, I'd tell them I'll sue them for holding me hostage.

But the only people who can tell me what I can and can't do in the privacy of my own home are the people I live with.

If you don't have to pee at our school you can just come back the next day and take it, so if anyone has smoked, they go home and try everything conceivable to pass.

My school is a private school, so unfortunately they can do almost anything they want. It's pretty BS.

We even have a chapel and are required to go to prayer.

Thats some bull ****. It would have sucked for you, but I still would have held my piss in for as long as could. Ruin his night, just like he ruined yours. Or I would have **** in the cup. That would be pretty funny.

Anyone reason you were forced to have a drug test?

My Dad works for the fbi and they put those things in a tin box that has a profile off evrything everything you ever boght any book you checked out or anything on a huge list the piss go in the tin box 2.

wow if you went to a public school and they pulled that **** id demand to see a princibal even if i could pass

Especially if i was gaurenteed to pass id give them the hardest time of their life to think twice

dude they violated your rights, although its "en loco parentis" or what ever the hell that thing is, they still cant violate that, that was un-lawful detention. (4th amnd. i think) you could sue their ass for that.

sue them.
in this country u can sue anyone for just about anything.
call 1-800-I-SUE-YOU to find a lawyer that will make you probably win (or at least get a settlement)

im sorry i just had to get that out of my system. but really, you could sue if u tried

No, you can't sue. It's completely constitutional in that if you want to have your driving or extra-curricular PRIVILEGES, then you must sign a form, as well as your parents, saying that you will not use drugs and/or alcohol and that you consent to a random drug test if your name is drawn. Therefore, the school has your permission, as well as the permission of your parents to put you in the random drug testing pool. You don't want drug tested? Simple. Don't drive or play sports, or participate in extra-curricular activities and you're fine.

They wouldn't let me drink bottles of water. They said it could help me pass the test.

They made me go to the water fountain, which I believe made me sick. (Everyone at my school has the flu, and the fountain has the most bacteria of anything)
