First Day of Track......help?
So, we did a ton of **** today, and i have athsma, so i start to wheeze really bad, and its about 30 minutes after practice. Is there any way to get rid of this? Ive gotten it before, but that was only a one day thing, whereas this will be everyday. Well, i spose it doesnt help that i have a super bad sore throat....
Suggestions are appreciated.

You don't have asthma, you're just fat. Stop making excuses and run harder.

^Baker do you still have asthma? I'm thinking since you lost 100000 pounds you don't have it anymore.

You can do just fine with asthma in track. I have asthma/VCD and I run a 4:09 mile (should be close to 4 by the end of spring). Just learn how to push yourself properly. I cough daily but I've been gettin better at controlling it as of late. Get to a specialist and get checked for vocal chord disorder as well, it often accompanies asthma, and they can give you a QVAR inhaler, and also teach you how to properly clear your throat.
Are you doing distance or sprints?
Edit: Never mind, just saw that you are a thrower. You definitely should not have any problem throwing with asthma...

get a new inhaler prescription.. you're going to give yourself an asthma attack cause you're and idiot. and expired inhalers are bad for you, and they're useless..
besides that, breath through your nose (it works your lungs a bit harder so you can increase your lung capacity).
all im going to say is.. if you're really an asthmatic like i am, you would know to renew yor inhaler prescriptions and use it properly..
