Nicaragua always has been pretty ****ed up. There's no control over there, between civil war and contras, Zapatistas, and Sandanistas... Yah it's pretty ****ed up. I used to run w/ a guy that grew up in Nicaragua, but his parents sent him away because they feared he would be conscripted.
